I had just removed and reinstalled Outlook a few days ago, so I'm not sure that a repair install is going to make any difference. However, I don't need this to work - I was just pointing out that it didn't do what you described. - perhaps my profile is corrupted or this feature doesn't exist on Outlook 2003 SP2?
