Works as a charm! You might want to delete and recreate the Unread Mail folder by File- New- Search Folder. There is a deafult template for it already; can't go wrong and worth a shot! Well, I right-clicked on Search Folders and selected "New search folder..." I selected Unread mail, and made sure that my mail box was selected in the "Search mail in:" selector. However, when right-clicking on the newly created search folder and selecting "Customize this search folder...", the "Criteria..." button is still disabled. Perhaps because I'm running against an Exchange Server, it doesn't allow me to change the settings? Again, I'm running Outlook 2003/SP2 on a Windows/2000 Professional machine. I'm not sure what the Exchange Server is and on what machine/operating system it is running. Hmmmmm. |
