The memory errors that I was finding were caused by the
registry. The KB files: 907651 recommends this edit.. but I can't make the change. I would sure appreciate some suggestions. The issue is that my registry does not have the \PST in this Hotkey 2. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK. 3. Locate and then click the following registry subkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\O utlook\PST 4. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value. 5. Type UseLegacyCacheSize, and then press ENTER. 6. Right-click UseLegacyCacheSize, and then click Modify. 7. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. 8. On the File menu, click Exit to quit Registry Editor. The basic issue here on this Hotfix is that the subkey does not have a file \ "PST" Best Regards John A Hansen |
