![]() I have a user having Outlook 2000 problems. We just did a windows update on the machine and now he recieves errors on send and recieve. I know its a dll problem but I haven't been able to get in there yet and see which dll. I'm thinking a reinstall of Outlook would fix it, I hope. How do I back up emails and address book from Outlook before doing an install. I know how to do it with outlook express but not with outlook. Any help would be greatly appreicated! Thanks in Advance!
