Default Outlook and import ACT

"Got a new Dell with Office 2003 and coulddn't get Outlook to import from an
ACT database. I've since upgraded to Office 2007 and I still can't import
form ACT. We have another PC in the office with 2003 and it imports fine.
Just cant't get the new one to work as I keep getting a "translation error".

Any help would be great. It's not a pasword issue as it works on an office
2003 computer and an office 2000 computer.
