How do I change the format for incoming emails in Outlook? In general, you don't. The format of the incoming mail is controlled by the sender. With some versions of Outlook (you kept the version you're using a secret) you can tell Outlook to convert enevrything to Plain Text, but since you were so vague in your question, who can tell if that's what you want? -- Brian Tillman |
