I am trying to figure out how I can have a message automatically moved to a
specific folder after being read and closed. I am not familiar enough with Outlook VBA to do this. Anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this? |

you could get a 3rd party program to do it for you... I use auto-mate, but

I use auto-mate, but there are others. http://www.slipstick.com/addins/auto.htm#special Not sure why the OP would want to do it that way - if the OP is using Outlook 2003 then set up a rule to move the message to the appropriate folder, but it will still appear as unread in the Unread Mail folder, no matter what folder it's in.... |
