Is there a way to have the number of messages in a public folder displayed
in the folder list, similar to the way Outlook displays the number of messages (or new messages) in a folder? I would like to have a public e-mail folder for our support personnel where all support e-mails will be delivered. Then the person will move the e-mail from the public folder to their own folders. However, unless you are looking at the public folder you don't know if anything is in it. |

Have the user add that folder to Public Folder/Favorites in order to get an unread count on that folder.
