Default How to enable US holidays in Outlook?

I'm running Outlook 2003 SP2. Updated. Under
ToolsOptionsCalendarCalendar OptionsAdd Holidays, I've
already selected United States, but I still don't see any holiday
displayed on the Calendar. Why?

I just figured it out by re-selecting United States. That does
it.

Now my next question. I don't see China in the list, how can I
add Chinese lunar holidays? Thanks.
