What happens if you launch Outlook elevated? Do you see the same behavior?

of that, it forces me to reboot. Start outlook again and it does the same
thing. On two ocassions, it reports that it cannot locate MSVCR80.DLL but
a search in C:\windows shows it is there.
I have run a repair twice. Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times.

All other office programs seem to run fine.

Any ideas??
