I need to arrange messages in a folder by category. It works initially, but
when I visit another folder and then return to the folder in question, the arrangement rule no longer works by default. Everything is reset. Fixing this is very important to doing my job properly. Also, I used to be able to color the text of a flagged email, but now all the text is black with a colored flag on the right edge of the window. I can't remember how to change this back. All of these settings were working properly for me, and then suddenly they seemed to revert back to their defaults. Thanks for any help, Nathan |
