Hello All
If I force a bunch of users Outlook Profile to operate in Unicode mode by using the outlk11.adm admin template will the existing ANSI format PST file still remain in the profile? I understand that the OST file will get re-created when synchronised and the user will get prompted about this, but I'm not sure what will happen with the existing PST file. Will the user simply get a warning message when they try to access it, like they would if they attempted to open an ANSI PST file that was outside of their Unicode profile? If this is the case then great we can just get the users to migrate their PST file to a new Unicode PST file inside their existing profile. Is this correct, or am I off mark here? any help appreciated. Thanks AJ |
