Default DST - Workstation time one hour ahead

On Monday Mar 12, the only way we could get users to login was to
uncheck the DST option under time zone and then check it again. The
servers have the DST option UNchecked and their time is correct. This
is not good. Help. We have a W2K domain with XP SP2 workstations. WE
applied the server, OS and Exchange patches, then ran TZmove before
the 11th.
