Default email routing

I am trying to send a press release to multiple newspapers. Can I send it one
time to multiple papers without each of them seeing the others that are
getting it? I am not referring to bcc's. When the email is received by each
paper in it would only show one paper in the To: line. Am I being clear. I
have a POP 3 using Outlook and I have Internet Explorer. Thanks
