I am using Outlook 2003 and setup a rule to forward emails from a
specific address to my Junk Emails folder. The rule works fine when I
run it manually but it doesn't run automatically. Any suggestions will
be much appreciated.

Its a pop mail account. Other rules work fine, only this one is having
problem. I have deleted and recreated it but no luck.

You can't "forward" a message to a folder. You can copy or move, but
forwarding sends a message to another mail address, not to a folder.

Post the exact definition of the rule and state where in the list of rules
you have that it occurs. If it occurs in a location other than first,
posting the exact definitions of the preceeding rules would also help, as
well as a sample of a message again which you believe it should act but
doesn't.
