I set up 2 recurring tasks for every Sunday. Is there a way I can have
Outlook 2003 send an email at, say, Sunday at 8 am as a reminder? |

I don't believe Outlook's reminders can utilize mail messages for notification. However, you can schedule automatic messages that aren't tied to reminders.
