Hello!
What would be the MS equivalent of Act! for contact management software? Business Contact Manager added to Outlook 2003, CRM, etc? Thank you! Gregg Hill |

I'm guessing it would be Outlook with BCM.

I find Act! to be much better than BCM except that you need the most recent version to connect using Outlook 2003. I use Act! 6 and I have to cut and paste email addresses into Outlook 2003. But as a contact manager it is second to none. |
