viewing .pst file
I have archived old tasks through "File, archive" and I see the .pst file in
Explorer but how do I now view the archived files in Outlook? Is it now safe to delete them from the tasks view since they've been archived?

Browse to the archive PST, select it, and clicck OK. Is it now safe to delete them from the tasks view since they've been archived? Archiving usually deletes it from the original folder. If you still see it there, then it probably wasn't archived. -- Brian Tillman
