outlook difficulty
Hi
When i attempt to open a hyperlink or even attempt to click on a signature in mails sent to me i get the following message. (This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer-please contact your system administrator). I should say i'm the sole user of this computer and cannot get to the bottom of this issue ,any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks In Advance

You can't download Outlook.
