At my small company we try to work projects using Outlook task.
However, we can not seem to work with multiple people on one task. I'd like to have multiple people modifying the same task. Do you know this is possible ? |

If so, create a public folder for tasks and grant the users permissions to use it....you can't assign tasks in the public folder, but everyone can access the tasks and modify them/complete them that way. |

![]() If you have Exchange, make a shared mailbox and you can Assign Tasks from it to any users. The tracking of % complete works nicely this way. Outlook is tied to the Owner doing the work - make copies of a Task and have each person update their % complete if you need to micromanage. Dear Rachid,
if you donīt use Exchange have a look on this site for some sharing solutions as alternative to Exchange. On this site is an article on various ways to share Outlook data: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...477571033.aspx You will also find a list of third-party sharing tools: http://www.mapistore.com/Outlook/Groupware http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm -- Oliver Vukovics Share Outlook without Exchange: Public ShareFolder Share your contacts, calendars or e-mails http://www.publicshareware.com "Rachid" schrieb im Newsbeitrag ups.com...
