Are you trying to parse the individual Contact fields into separate cells? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]"Oggy" wrote in message roups.com... Hi Can anyone please advise me how i can insert a name and address from the microsoft address book into a exel spreadsheet. If this cannot be done what alternitives are there? Thanks Oggy- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Yes, i am trying to insert from a list a contact from Outlook and put it into a spreadsheet. I have tried loading the contacts into a userform list but as there are over 1000 contacts it takes a while to load. In Word you can get the addresses easy and quickly, but its through the envelope and labels tools and it puts the selected address onto a envelope. What i am looking for is a similar tool that will put the selcted info into a spreadsheet, IE name, address, telephone number, etc... Do you have any ideas? Thanks- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - If i export my contacts from Outlook, i then have two databases of contacts to keep up to date and manage. Thanks for looking into this for me |
