Default Outlook 2003 and encryption

I'm having an issue where any encrypted e-mail coming in that is
encrypted is prompting to add that sender to contacts every time I
open the messages. Any way to turn off the option to prompt to add to
contacts for encrypted e-mail. This does not happen with any mail that
is either a standard e-mail or digitally signed, just the encrypted
ones.
