Default Tips to speed up Outlook 2007

Seeking help. Loading the program is slow and operations in the
program (i.e. opening a folder or appointment) take a while.

I am using Dell Inspiron 700m with decent Intel Centrino processor.

Tips?

Default Tips to speed up Outlook 2007

ARGH!!!! I am ready to throw Vista andm y new Dell out the Window!!! I have
tried solution #4, and can not even get my machine to let me disable this! is
there a trick? I can't handle the incredible SLOWNESS in outlook, the 'not
responding" issues and the recurrances it puts on all of my appointments.
eally, I feel like a have gone backwards 6 years in technology when it comes
to speed and response. I want my old beat-up Gateway back with Windows XP - -
heck - I am even thinking about MAC - and I just got this less than a month
ago... any other idea's on how to disable in solution #4 or other way to fix
this?
