When I try to send or reply to an email I can type into the email
I am using my outlook through webmail and when I try to reply, all I get is a
blue screen in the box with an x in the upper left hand corner and cannot type anything. Can you help?

Strictly speaking, OWA is actually handled in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup, but this one is easy so, basically, tell your administrator they need to install the hotfix in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 because you are running Vista and/or IE7. This isn't something you can fix on your machine, but something that needs to be fixed on the server. Now, if you aren't using Vista or IE7, then you might want to head to the newsgroup I mentioned above. -- f.h.
