jpeg photo attachments
When I open a jpeg photo attachment in outlook it open as a Word document, no
photo. How do I get it to open as the photo and not a bunch of 0's in a Word document?

RIght-click it and choose Open WithChoose Program. Select the application you wish to use to open it (or browse to it if it doesn't appear in the list) and check the box labeled "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
