When I open a jpeg photo attachment in outlook it open as a Word document, no
photo. How do I get it to open as the photo and not a bunch of 0's in a Word document? |

Thank yuo, how do I do that? Save to your hard drive an attachment with the file extension give you problems. Open Windows Explorer and browse to that file. RIght-click it and choose Open WithChoose Program. Select the application you wish to use to open it (or browse to it if it doesn't appear in the list) and check the box labeled "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file".
