Outlook 2007 cached mode OST size
Is there a way to control the OST size in cached mode other than by
placing restrictions on the users mailbox. For example cache the last 30 days of mail in the OST? Thanks.

No, but you should probably ask in an Exchange group for an authoritative answer.
