Default Vista & Outlook 2007

Hello Guys,

I just installed my new Notebook Acer 5683, with Vista Home Premium on it.
Now i try to Install Office 2007. Everything works fine, except Outlook
2007, it crashes with an error, someting like MSVCR80.dll is missing. The
Workaround with deleting the .manifesting File does not work.

Any Tips are Welcome.

Best Regards

The exact error message would help tremendously in troubleshooting.

Default Vista & Outlook 2007

I have the same problem. I have an Acer Aspire 3680 and just installed
Office 2007. All programs seem to be working fine with the exception of
Outlook. When I try to open it I get an error message "Outlook.exe Unable to
locate component. Failed to start because msvcr80.dll was not found.
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I received Office 2007 free from attending the Microsoft seminar. I
dowloaded it from the internet so I'm not sure I'll be able to re-download.
Please help!! Thank you.
