Default Contact Capture Utility?

I need a utility that captures contact information from an email, and puts
that contact information in an Outlook record. When I receive an order, I
receive it with an email. Now, I have to cut and paste the name, address,
city, state, zip, country, phone, email. This can get boring. I think,
there should be a utility that allows me to select the contact information,
and the utility creates an Outlook record and records the data. Please let
me know if you use such a tool, or if you are aware of such a tool. Thanks.
