Default outlook and msn integration?

Dear all,

I would like to know if it is possible to start a messenger voice
conversation from outlook 2007.
In outlook, I saw there is a way to dial a contact number, it would be
nice if it was feasable to talk (through msn ou skype or any other IM
system) if this user is on-line.
I didn't find the option, I suppose it is not possible?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Alain

Outlook uses the Windows dialer for placing calls and the Windows dialer
doesn't have any ability to handle a voice modem, let alone VOIP.

Beats me, but I'd be very surprised.
