How do I get the Outlook tool bar with "This is Spam"?
A tool bar, inclding the "This is Spam" option appeared on my Outlook - now
has "disappeared" and I don't know how to get it back?

That sounds like some Add-in software.
So you need to find out what did you/the IT people install on your computer? What happened to turn it off again? I hope this helps you at least a little bit! Reinstall your McAfee Spam program.

This is a Add On from MaCafee. Either you have disabled it from their Add In option or you have removed it by uninstalling MaCaffe or this option
