Default Mystery Calender Filter

I've got two different users Active Sync'ing their Treo 700w phones with
Exchange 2003 mailboxes over the air. All works fine except when an
appointment is made in the handheld calendar, it doesn't appear on the
desktop Outlook Calendar. Shows up in OWA and time alerts fire off just
fine in both Outlook and OWA - you can even go to the event in Outlook.
There must be some filter applied to Outlook, except when I go to:
View - Arrange by -Current View - Customize -- Filters are reported as
off.

Is there another place to be looking where some filter may be being applied
that I don't know about?
This is happening to two different users at the same time - so I'm doubting
there is any user settings involved - though they do work together so it is
a possibility...

Could Symantec AV-CE 10 be involved in this somehow?

Any help is totally appreciated!

Try resetting the foldr's view to its default.

Tried that - even added the /cleanview switch at the launch command prompt.
Still no good. Any other ideas? Is there anyone else running a Treo with
this problem?
