Not that I know of unless it is a Windows setting.

Outlook 2003 Reminders Window
Hmmm.... I've changed every "appearance" option in Windows that
relates to text (message box, etc.) and none changes the text size in the reminders window. I've changed the fonts in Outlook fine, but the reminders still come out in the small, standard font. All I want to do is change the font size of reminders.
