Default Mail disappearing

I have two workstations that I use to access my email on our MS Exchange
2003 Server using the Outlook 2003 client. One of my workstations (Vista
64 bit Ultimate) only displays new emails for a few hours once they have
been read and then they disappear. The other worstations (XP Pro) shows
them properly until I delete them. What is going on?

Thanks,
Charles MacLean
