Default Outlook, Act, CompanionLink

I may be in the wrong group here but hopefully someone can point me in
the right direction...

I have two users with Outlook XP, Act 2006, latest version of
CompanionLink and a connection to an Exchange 2003 server.

For one user, everything is working just fine.

For the other user, we cannot get the CompanionLink software to
recognize the Outlook Notes folder. This is in the sync setup of
CompanionLink where you tell it which store to use for contacts,
calendar, task, notes, etc. It is just not finding the Notes folder
and attempting to synch produces an error when it gets to the Notes.
We tried to exclude the notes from the sync but it still fails.

CompanionLink support hasnt been very much help so far; mostly just
vague references to an Exchange and/or Outlook problem.

We've uninstalled/reinstalled all the software involved (Act, Outlook
and CompanionLink), removed all the notes from the Outlook folder and
created a couple of dummy one and deleted/recreated the Notes folder
itself. So far, nothing has changed. The only thing we havent tried
yet is to delete the entire mailbox and recreate it. I'm holding that
out as a last resort.

Anybody seen anything like this or have and ideas of something to try.

Thanks,

Robin H.
