Message held for human verification before permitting delivery

When I am using my Cell Phone (connected to my exchange server through work),
I can only send/reply email to those other employyes at work. When I try to
send or reply to someone outside my work domain, I get the error message
"Message held for human verification before permitting delivery". When I am
using outlook directly from my PC, I have no problem at all. Any thoughts on
what could be causing this only from my mobile device?

Contact the service provider of your cell phone. It's a restriction on
their end.
