How do I go about removing old information from a public calendar? My
"daily Signout Sheet shows 3471 entries going back to 2000. I just want to keep the current year. I also have one reoccurring event I cannot delete even though I have complete owner rights to all public folders. Even the user who created the event cannot delete it. Thanks |

Thanks Display the folder in a table view, sort by date, and use click/shift-click to select the range of old items and then click or press Delete. -- Brian Tillman |
