![]() Using win XP and outlook 07. I have seven archive folders showing on the left with sub-folders. At one point I thought I would archive all the folders seperately, and I assume this is why these exist. but that was overkill and I would like to get to the default AND get rid of those 7 archive folders. If you mean you wish to Archive to a single Archive folder you would need to
reset all your individual archive options to point to the same archive. Assuming this specific Archive is open in your Folder View you can copy other archive msgs to this specific archive, prior to closing the unwanted. "You Know Who ~" wrote in message ...
