Default How can I make Outlook downsize into the system tray?

I am using outlook mostly for the calendar and pop up reminders. So in order
to use the reminders and have them pop up for you, you must have outlook open
and running. I am wondering for when I "X out" of outlook or downsize it, how
I can make it go into the system tray instead of outlook closing on me?
