We are running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003. When someone external
sends recipient1 an email marked as private, the email only appears in Outlook if Outlook is opened to recipient1's Outlook profile. If someone else has recipient1's mailbox added to their Outlook profile, the private email does not appear in the email list when recipient1's inbox is selected. Is there a way someone with full permission to recipient1's mailbox (including "send as") can open a private email sent to recipient1 in their own Outlook profile when recipient1's mailbox is added to their profile? Thanks, Jim |
