Hi,
Ever since we upgraded to Outlook 2003 at work (from 2002) I have not been able to use the keyboard shortcuts for cut and paste that utilize the insert and delete keys. Namely, I can't copy with a ctl-insert and I can't cut with a ctl-delete. The other methods, including ctl-c, ctl- x and ctl-v do work. But I liked using the other keys better. Were these options "retired" for Outlook 2003? Thanks, Rob |
