Brian - It is in HTML format and still comes up with the "memo format". Is

The only way you have to solve this problem is to:
1. double click on the message you want to print only selection or the page you want 2. then click on "other actions" and choose "open in Browser" Now you have full access to print options, you can print selected part and decided pages. |
