Are you in a business environment that uses an Exchange server for email or
not? If not, create a new profile with your ISP mail server settings: http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm If you ARE connecting to an Exchange server, are your profile and server name resolved? You can check this in the control Panel. Are there any other details that might be helpful about your current set up? Did this work before and suddenly stop? -- Kathleen Orland Blessed are the cracked, for it is they who let in the light Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ http://www.howto-outlook.com/ "Vinnie" wrote: I try to open the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
