Default Microsft exchange serve

I try to open the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. The popup window say that
"my Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable." I click on button Work
Offline, it say that "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Your
profile is not configured."
Please tell me what I need to do. Thank you.

Are you in a business environment that uses an Exchange server for email or
not? If not, create a new profile with your ISP mail server settings:

If you ARE connecting to an Exchange server, are your profile and server
name resolved? You can check this in the control Panel. Are there any other
details that might be helpful about your current set up? Did this work before
and suddenly stop?
