Outlook 2007 becomes unresponsive if not being used for a period of
time. I don't know what the circumstances are because in the past I have left it up and running whenever I am at the desktop and had no problem with XP. I can only close Outlook 2007 via the task manager, which of course doesn't allow it to close properly. Once I shut it down and restart it, it (usually but not always) performs a check of the mail files that have not been closed properly. There's no problem with any of the pst files, and mail seems to work fine except for becoming unresponsive periodically. Have any of you experienced this? Have a fix? I update Office and Vista automatically and they are up to date. |
