In 2007, click on Tools-Organuse. Choose Use Colours. Click on Automatic Formatting, click on Add, give the item a name, click on Condition, click on Advanced tab, click on Field, choose All Mail Fields and select Email Account. Follow the instructions from then on. HTH |
