Default Which free web-browser based mail account works with outlook?

Yahoo.com only works if I have a paid account. I just want to access my
email through outlook so I can sync my Palm with Outlook. So, which free
web-browser based mail account works with outlook? Can someone help?

gmail and hotmail live accounts work. hotmail live requires a connector,
gmail is pop3.

GMail. Fastmail. Swissinfo. AIM Mail. MyRealBox. Just Google for free
email accounts.
