Default Quick Access Toolbar - Outlook 2007

In 2007 is there a way to change the size of the icons in the quick access
toolbar. Also is there a way to display the function of the icon with the
toolbar instead of displaying when mouse is pointed to the item?

No, you can only move it to below the ribbon - all you get is icons, which
you can change.

Thanks, I was afraid that would be the answer. Some of us are getting to
the age where small icons are difficult to use.
