There are a couple of ways to approach this. But you need to be aware of how
these messages will be accessed or read. You could create a new pst file, then copy the messages you want for your business record file into that new pst. then copy the pst file to your business record file. The downside is someone would need Outlook (or a pst reader utility like "PSTWalker" to read the messages. Or you could open each message and save them individually to the business record file. They can be saved as text, HTML, or as a message. Again, be aware of how they will be accessed and read before deciding on a format. Tim "I M Wellworn" wrote in message ... Thank you peter yes I am seeking to move/copy them to a business record file I M Wellworn |
