Hi there,
I am using exclusively HTML format for emails, sometimes plain text when I reply. I just realized that when I reply to an email that arrived in my inbox as Outlook Richtext format, my reply is as well in Richtext format. I often use screeshots in my messages. Those are JPG files which have a decent size. Now, if I paste a 200kb JPG file into an HTML message, the message size blows up to about 400k. I would have expected less size for the email, but that's absolutely acceptable if I compare the same with Richtext. If I paste the same picture to a Richtext format email, it blows up to an incredible 4MB !!!! So, either I have very strange Richtext settings (which I could not find) or der is something else wrong.. However, as I am using HTML, my question is actually simple. How can I make sure that outgoing mail from me is always HTML, even if I reply to a Richtext message? Thanks Dan |
