I have just moved my company from Novell GroupWise to Exchange. We are used
to being able to post random recurring meetings in GroupWise, but have discovered that in Outlook 2007 it is not possible. The only way we have of mitigating the issue is to look for patterns in what we are trying to book and mapping that pattern onto the Outlook recurrence scheme. It helps but is still very clumsy compared to just selecting the dates you want from the calendar and then clicking send. |
