Tools - Address Book - Tools - Options - Choose Contact which you would
like to use, then click the move up button

Good luck

Are all your contact folders enabled as Outlook Address books? (Right
click-properties-...)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, alias asked:

| Hi,
| I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange SBS 2003. I have a contact
| address book that I can
| see as a subfolder to the Inbox, but when I go to create a mail
| message and I access the address
| book there the only addresses I see are from the global address book.
| Is there a way to move
| the addresses so I can access the addresses when I'm creating an
| email?
|
| Thanks Craig

Thanks but I can't see the "contact" book to move it within that option.
